Shipping policy
POLÍTICA DE ENVÍO
En Fotocristal3D realizamos los envíos a toda España y al resto del mundo. A continuación detallamos los plazos, costes y condiciones de envío.
1. Plazos de producción
Cada cristal es personalizado y grabado a láser bajo pedido. El plazo de producción es de 2 a 5 días laborables desde la confirmación del pedido y la aprobación de la prueba digital por parte del cliente. Este tiempo es independiente del plazo de transporte.
2. Zonas de envío y tarifas
España (Península y Baleares):
• Envío estándar (5-8 días laborables): GRATIS
• Envío Express (1-3 días laborables): 5,00 €
Resto del mundo:
• Envío internacional: 10,00 € (plazo orientativo de 7 a 15 días laborables, según destino)
Los plazos indicados son de transporte y se suman al plazo de producción.
3. Empresas de transporte
Trabajamos con empresas de transporte reconocidas para garantizar la entrega segura de los productos. Cada pedido se envía con número de seguimiento, que el cliente recibirá por email cuando el pedido salga de nuestras instalaciones.
4. Embalaje protegido
Dado que se trata de productos frágiles, todos los cristales se embalan con material protector específico (caja rígida, espuma envolvente y cinta de seguridad) para minimizar el riesgo de daños durante el transporte.
5. Daños en transporte
Si el paquete llega visiblemente dañado, recomendamos al cliente:
• Hacer constar el daño en el albarán de entrega antes de firmar.
• Fotografiar el embalaje exterior antes de abrirlo.
• Comunicarnos la incidencia en un plazo máximo de 48 horas desde la recepción a info@fotocristal3d.es o al WhatsApp +34 685 17 85 76, conforme a lo indicado en nuestra Política de devoluciones y reembolsos.
6. Direcciones incorrectas o ausencia del destinatario
Si el envío no se entrega por una dirección incorrecta facilitada por el cliente, o por ausencia reiterada en el domicilio de entrega, los gastos de un nuevo envío correrán por cuenta del cliente.
7. Recogida en tienda
El cliente puede optar por recoger su pedido sin coste adicional en nuestra tienda física:

SHIPPING POLICY (English version)
At Fotocristal3D we ship throughout Spain and worldwide. Below you will find the shipping times, costs and conditions.
1. Production times
Each crystal is personalized and laser-engraved on demand. The production time is 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation and customer approval of the digital proof. This time is independent of the shipping time.
2. Shipping zones and rates
Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands):
• Standard shipping (5-8 business days): FREE
• Express shipping (1-3 business days): €5.00
Rest of the world:
• International shipping: €10.00 (estimated 7 to 15 business days depending on destination)
The shipping times indicated are added to the production time.
3. Carriers
We work with reputable carriers to guarantee safe delivery. Every order is shipped with a tracking number, which the customer will receive by email when the order leaves our facilities.
4. Protective packaging
As these are fragile products, all crystals are packed with specific protective material (rigid box, foam wrap and safety tape) to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
5. Damages during transport
If the package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend the customer to:
• Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
• Photograph the outer packaging before opening it.
• Notify us of the incident within 48 hours of receipt at info@fotocristal3d.es WhatsApp +34 685 17 85 76, as stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
6. Incorrect addresses or recipient unavailable
If the shipment is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or repeated absence at the delivery address, the cost of a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
7. In-store pickup
Customers may pick up their order at no additional cost at our physical store:
